Identify this intake

Hey everyone. Can you guys identify this intake in the picture? This is the one on the car I’m picking and I can’t place it. Is it factory?

Its a stock tube with some kind of adapter (probably JLT) to an open cone filter and heat shield

Thanks guys. I looked all over and didn’t see any that looked quite like this. Was having a little difficulty finding a factory one online as well.
