I know there are plenty of threads on this topic, but most of them are older.

Just looking to see what people run on the street/track.
My car seems to pull timing real quick (Just driving around for 20-30min in 85f weather and doing a pull it already pulls timing).
I am currently running 75/25 mixture (most of it being coolant not water).
Any guys with similar experience?

I was wondering if switching to straight water with water wetter or maybe 25% coolant and 75% water will improve the car's performance on the street?
I have a big ice box in trunk along with a Meziere 20gpm pump.

BTW I have a trans cooler with fan right in front of my heat exchanger (maybe that has an effect on running cooler, as the cooler is partially blocking the heat exchanger)

I'd run 75/25 water/coolant in the radiator and IC If you can get away with it in winter in you area. If not, 50/50 should be better than what you have now too.

If you don't mind me asking, how was the 4R70 swap? You running a Mach 1 computer or a manual valve body? I'm guessing manual valve body, if so, how do you like it on the street?
