Loud buzzing shortly after Paxton install
Has anyone had their iac go bad? Im hearing a buzzing noise from the engine bay. seems to be coming from the intake manifold. I had a vacuum hose connected to the throttle body to the passenger head breather. After paxton install and datalogs with my tuner I had to hunt down an issue with load. Soon after the car started to make the buzzing noise and noticed the vacuum hose i connected to the throttle body collapses. Id assume this could cause the iac to go bad. Any suggestions/info would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: After more research it seems the noise can be either an idler pulley going bad or alternator. I doubt alternator since voltage is 13.8-14.2. After installing two gauges the voltage averages 14.2 when it was 14.0 before. Dont think its anything I should worry about. could be wrong.
