I wonder how much trouble it would be to put a clutch pulley on the super charger, and mount a switch/lever/button to engage/disengage it. I guess one would have to get a chip with 2 programs and have it switch between them at the engage/disengage. Otherwise, it would dump loads of fuel in with no air. I don't know, ever since I read an article on the Mercedes Benz E55 AMG (not for sure that thats the one it was, was definately AMG tho ;-) ) I wondered about that. They use an electromagnet to engage their blower. Not that I'm looking to actually do this, mind you. Hell, I dunno if I can change a spark plug in my lightning.;-) Just me thinking..... god I need a better job!
