Previous owner must have gone 4x4 Truckobra mode. Gords ford unit and fans going in as a replacement.

thanks, y'all! already a couple steps ahead. just need to finish wiring and running the hugongus 1" lines to the intercooler, and straighten out the power steering cooler fins I chewed up on install.

How would you recommend straighting it out without possibly damaging it? Just wondering.

Put it on a flat surface and apply pressure to the middle to straighten out the bow. Mine was like that and I put it on a concrete pad and stood on the middle with some of my weight until it was straight. It was good as new and had no ill effects. Those things are long and flimsy.
