I think I screwed the pooch!

1998 Cobra.
O.K. so I accidentally connected my positive battery terminal with my ignition switch in the "on" position. Now I have a PATS 1-6 code flashing. Does anyone postively know how to go about fixing this? Please no guessing. I can do that myself. Thank.s

seems like the pats isnt connecting with the eecv. i have the same thing going i just wait till it goes out, i also have a tune with the pats turned off incase it decides to keep me from starting my car
