[QUOTE="Fade 2 Black, post: 2564173, member: 1808"] Here you go my friend: Camshaft Holding Tool (Windsor) 303-557 (T96T-6256-B) Crankshaft Damper Remover 303-009 (T58P-6316-D) Crankshaft Holding Tool 303-448 (T93P-6303-A) Connecting Rod Guides 303-442 (T93P-6136-A) Front Cover Seal Remover 303-107 (T74P-6700-A) Lifting Handle Set 303-572 (T97T-6000-A) Disassembly All Vehicles 1. Note: The crankshaft rear oil seal, the oil seal slinger and the oil seal retainer plate must be removed before mounting the engine on the engine stand. With the engine on the engine stand, remove the engine control sensor wiring (12A581). For additional information, refer to the appropriate engine section in Group 303 for the procedure. µ 2. Remove the oil pan (6675). l Remove the bolts. l Remove the oil pan. l Remove the oil pan gasket (6710). µ 3. Remove the bolts and the oil pump screen cover and tube (6622). µ 4. Remove the oil pump screen cover and tube spacer. µ 5. Note: Romeo engine shown; Windsor engine similar. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve (6A666) from the valve cover (6582). µ 6. Note: The bolts are a part of the valve cover and are not removed from the valve cover. Fully loosen the bolts, and remove the valve cover. l Inspect the valve cover gasket (6584) and clean the mating surface of the cylinder head (6049). 7. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose. µ 8. Note: The bolts are a part of the valve cover and are not removed from the valve cover. Note: Windsor engine shown; Romeo engine similar. Fully loosen the bolts and remove the right valve cover. l Inspect the valve cover gasket, and clean the mating surface of the cylinder head. µ 9. Remove the (A) bolt and the (B) belt idler pulley (8678). µ 10. Remove the water pump pulley (8509). 1 Remove the bolts. 2 Remove the water pump pulley. µ 11. Remove the bolts. µ 12. Remove the (A) water pump (8501) from the (B) cylinder block (6010). µ 13. Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt (6A340). Use the Crankshaft Damper Remover to remove the crankshaft pulley (6312). µ 14. Use the (A) Front Cover Seal Remover to remove the (B) crankshaft front seal (6700). µ 15. Note: Correct fastener location is essential for assembly procedure. Record fastener location. Remove the fasteners. µ 16. Remove the engine front cover (6019) from the cylinder block. µ 17. Remove the crankshaft sensor ring from the crankshaft (6303). µ 18. CAUTION: Unless otherwise instructed, at no time when the timing chains are removed and the cylinder heads are installed is the crankshaft or camshaft to be rotated. Severe piston and valve damage will occur. Position the crankshaft with the keyway at the 12 o'clock position. Windsor Engine µ 19. On Windsor engines, install and fully tighten the Camshaft Holding Tools (2) on both camshafts (6250). All Vehicles µ 20.
