well i got owned today lol

ok here is the story

I just got the lightning out today from the winter months. my roommate just got a 2001 z28 camaro as well .

so we took them out today and where cruising a little bit. then on the way home we decided to race so we lined up at the light and then the green

we where off , i jumped him off the line a little but didnt matter he pulled three cars on me then we stayed together till 120 that is when he let off

but was just going to fill you guys in "o well" now i am going to start to put my parts on hehe

only parts on when we raced where as listed

Thats all hes got on the Z? My girls car has 20 more hp than a 2001 Z stock, PLUS the Lid, K&N, and SLP Loudmouth Catback, and she can BARELY pull me, and i only have a FIPK. Ive taken Zs before, no problem, my mom has one.

Those ls1's have one hell of a top end. My old 2001 formula, 6-speed ran 13.01 at 108 totally stock. Throw on those mods and you'll get him.

I ran a 02 Z-28 w/ 4.10's and he was barely able to pull me til about 120. He had to give that car all it had and i'm bascially stock in a 99 bolt.
