Going to try to wax the car soon. Had it for 2.5 years and it's never been waxed. Paint is starting to fade. I don't want a show car. It's a dd and it doesn't know what a garage is. I have the stuff listed below. Help me decide which ones to use and in what steps.
Mequiars Products-
Clear coat body scrup paint cleaner
quick mist and wipe detailer
gold class liquid wax
clay bar (includes showtime instant detailer)
Also-
turtle wax f21 car polish (liquid)
zymol cleaner wax (liquid)
I don't want to buy anything else as I'm not looking to show it. I just want to make it look better and protect the paint from further oxidation. I have never waxed a car. That's the main reason the car has been abused. I just don't know what to do before the other. Thanks for the help.
