[QUOTE="BCICAN, post: 16838723, member: 151705"] Yes I am a woman and i don’t make it obvious because a lot of times I’m not taken seriously because I am a woman ,I was in denial about how bad sexism can be until I had to take this car to get worked on lol lol. No my husband didn’t help because he didn’t know enough about what was happening to listen and understand what I was saying anyway. The rage I felt because he wouldn’t help me pull that ***** thermostat out is probably what gave me extra strength I needed to pull it out myself lol lol. He also called other places and I felt bad because I felt like he was wasting peoples time and I had to explain to them what was going on Ugg . I grew up around this stuff so I learned and understand more than most women and where I was from I would just tell my friends and they would do it for me , but I live 4 hours away from there now so I had to buy tools and do it myself. I understand it is possible I didn’t fix it all ,trust me I always doubt myself when I am doing something new , that’s why I ask so many questions, so I am prepared for it to not be fixed like I think but at this point I have been driving it and the hose hasn’t collapsed again. Also the codes I’m seeing are codes it has had in the past when the battery has been disconnected or something else and it needed a drive cycle etc. I didn’t cancel the appointment and defiantly will still take it back to Hpp in January.
