Hyperteck,subframes,exaust

I am sure a few of these have benn beat to death but the search is disabled right now. I want to buy a pullie but I dont want to void the warranty on the car. I heard that the hyperteck can change the settings on the stock chip and you can change it back so the dealer don't know. Is that true??? Or is there something else???? Also what subframes are good to get???? Also does anyone have a sould clip of magnaflow catback cause I think this is the one I am going to get. I have a 04 Cobra. Sorry about the long post.
