What kind of power is this expected to put down to the ground?

Will it work on an 03/04, or is it for 99/01 Cobra's, or does it not matter all?

this is for a 03/04 cobra, all you need is the intake, I can include one for you if you need an intake. I was expecting for my car, built motor, ported heads, custom turbo cams, return style intake and this turbo setup to make alil over 1000rwhp.
