Good start for a terminator?

Live close to jdm so going w/ some of there parts/tune

Flowmaster Catback (I know the flow isnt the greatest but I love the sound)
JDM 12in. High Flow Air Filter
JDM 2.81 Pulley
and am undecided on what do do as far as a tune, any advice?
W/ a good tune this should put down around 450 correct?
