I saw on here a while ago of someones diagram of how to wire in a battery kill switch. I went to the races fri. night and my battery is in the trunk. they told me I have to have a cutoff switch that kills the entire car to run with my battey in the trunk. I think its bs as what difference does it make but rules are rules and I have to do it. Anyone know how?

This is what I used to wire up the Fox when I did the switch. Disregard the green wires as I dont believe they are the same for the Cobra. Principal is the same though. To pass NHRA rules all power to the car must shut down when the switch is thrown. Summit sells the Flaming River switch which is the one I went with. Make sure you purchase a double pole switch. One set of terminals for the large battery wire and on set for the alt control wires. Its been awhile but this should help get you going.
