How to the sun visors come down?

I don't see the typical Phillips head screws, lol. I was thinking of tucking a plate in there that I could use for a camera mount.

Remove the sun visor bracket covers.
Remove the 4 sun visor screws, the 2 sun visors.
If equipped, disconnect the sun visor electrical connectors.

Thanks! I guess they just snap on? I wonder where you put pressure to pop them off? i 'd like to get the console cover off too...
