how to tell if its a real cobra intake...

I have a 93 lx coupe...anyways the intake looks to be a 93 cobra style intake. I think there is a definte visual difference isnt there? Seems like the Cobra plaque kind of glues on while the std 5.0 is a bolt on over a grooved out area on top of the intake. Just want to make sure I know whats on my car. Thanks everyone.

yes the plaque glues on.

Not sure what visible difference there are on 'new' cobra intakes

yes there is a visual difference, where the intake sits on the lower intake manifold it looks like staggered runners where as the stock LX intake is like this (0000 0000), double check.

I don't think he was asking about LX/Cobra intake differences.

Or at least I thought he was asking about a real cobra intake and the aftermarket differences

firing order is stamped into the factory cobra intake not in the new one
