How to properly set up Metco Lower T-bars??

Searched all the sites for some definitive instructions on how to properly set these lower bars up and cant find anything on the lowers. Anybody have experience with this, or have some directions to help me out? Making 600 BEFORE the built motor, now I know Im going to have to pay more attention to other important things to get it down the track.
