TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting
After you upload your photo to their website it will give you "Links to Share". The 2nd option down is "IMG code for forums and message boards", just copy and paste that here and voila, your picture will appear. :beer:

Premium Members [which pay for their memberships] can post attachments.
Everyone else no matter how long you have been here has to host the image on a secondary website and use the IMG Code for it to appear here.
