They would look fine if you didn't do the whole emblem, and left the black part in between the lettering black. Cut it and peel off the section in between the lettering and get new pics and it should look good!

Yeah peel of the part that's supposed to be black. You shouldn't even need to cut it or anything. Just peel it and it will make perfect edge on the GT by itself.

Agree; you need contrast or it just looks like an obscure shape on the fender.

That's a pretty brown/tan looking gold though; I'd be interested to just try normal paint over plastidip and see how it removes later.

It would look much better if you went back and pinstripe painted the inside outline of the G and T. Otherwise it just runs all together. Take some Testors black gloss model paint and a fine brush and outline the right of the G and the left of the T.

Or make the whole center between the letters black like you OEM ones.
