How to kill a H/C/I 95GT

So my buddy just finished his swap to Edlebrock Performer heads and a Crane 2031 cam and switched to a Performer RPM intake manifold. This weekend he ran a best of 12.94 at 107.25. Now here's the question: how the hell can i get back to spankin his pushrod a**? Im getting headers soon, but i know that isn't gonna be nearly enough. What else can i do? port the heads and do cams? NOS? any ideas are welcomed
