How to disable PATS with SCT Tuner

As stated in my title was looking to disable my PATS system before it strands me somewhere. Its working fine now but seems like as Fords age the system acts up. By the way its a 99' Cobra. I have an SCT tuner with BAMA software and was told I can disable it. Will my keyless entry remote still function? Thanks. Worst case if no one knows I will contact American Muscle.

Not something that can be done with the handheld itself. Has to be donein the tune from BAMA. I thought the Bama tunes came with the PATS disabled by default. I'd ask them.
