Hey guys Im running into some trouble here I've been doing a lot of research and trying out programs and cant find a way for this to work. Does anyone know how to backup all the information on my iPhone that includes music, videos, contacts, apps, SMS ect... to iTunes for free? I've tried many different programs and they all let you do only a certain amount of data... Thanks

I'm pretty sure you can. People would have lost everything on the iOS 5 upgrade plus you have people who upgrade iPhones every year. It backs up all your stuff... It did on my Touch devices.

iCloud and iTunes can back up most data on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Backed-up information includes purchased music, TV shows, apps, and books*; photos and video in the Camera Roll; device settings (for example, Phone Favorites, Wallpaper, and Mail, Contacts, Calendar accounts); app data; Home screen and app organization; Messages (iMessage, SMS, and MMS), ringtones, and more. Media files synced from your computer aren’t backed up, but can be restored by syncing with iTunes.
