How to adjust my Fiore firewall adjuster?

I can hear the tob rubbing on the pressure plate. Which way do I have to turn the adjuster to pull it off the p/p fingers?

In towards the firewall.

Yes, loosen it. If you tighten it, the TOB will be pulled tighter up against the Pressure Plate fingers.

They all work the same way. If you adjust it out (towards the valve cover) it will pull the end of the clutch arm forward, towards the flywheel, which puts the TOB up against the pressure plate fingers. If you screw it in towards the firewall, the cable will get slacker and allow the clutch arm to move towards the back of the car, putting space between the TOB and the pressure plate. Out tightens the cable, In loosens the cable.
