I dont think my clutch is releasing all the way. when at a stop if i let off the clutch in nutral and then push it back in and move in to a gear the car make a sound like an automatic when its put in gear. i also have what seems like the same ol syncro wear in the tranny with grinding gears at high RPMs. I want to try to adjust the clutch befor i rebuild or kill the tranny.

Thank in advance for the help.

A clutch quadrant adjuster is always a good idea to get maximum adjustment out of clutches. There's not much room to work with, with the factory set-up. You can only pull the clutch pedal back till it makes a click, other than that, the factory set-up is self adjusting.
