I ran 13.9@99mph back in 2005 when i bought my 2002 Lightning. Very quick for the time.
Id hate to say it though, the Lightning, as cool as it was is nowhere near the capacity of the newer trucks. You can get a blower only 5.0 RCSB truck into the low 11's. While its more money than a Lightning, used F150's with the 5.0L are turning up quite cheap.
Also, even regular every day cars are getting quicker. From what i remember, a V6 Camary or Accord will run mid to low 14's bone stock off the showroom floor.
