My truck lived to be 65 in car years before it was totaled. Fairly long, but with lots of problems, akin to someone with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes all in one. Throw in erectile dysfunction as well since that was the slowest vehicle I've ever driven.

That formula needs some help. It makes our 1965 Plymouth Belvedere that is OLD. Never been apart, rebuilt or had any major components replaced. Just maintenance and minor upgrades like radial tires and electronic ignition.

110,000 miles / 1965 = 56

Our daily driver/kid hauler/hockey car/work car/beater/lend it out/ ex rental car is a 1994 Chrysler LHS. A few new parts. Suspension, ac, battery, tires, etc.

(255,000km x 0.6) 153,000 / 1994 = 76
