In a Mustang with less drivetrain loss (especially a T45 vs. 4R100) you should be safe to just over 500 to the wheels with a good tune.
With a turbo you can go to 600.
Don't spin it past 6000 though.

It was just a 76mm single setup.

The turbo is kind of a band-aid on a bullet wound. The power it takes to turn the eaton mask a lot of the power that the motors are putting out, but it takes power to make power. I think Shaggy is a good example of what good tuning and a little bit of luck will do to a stock block.

I made 501/582 with my daily street tune on the stock block. No issues at all. On my race tune I went 11.46@119 on just boost. With the proper supporting mods (maf, fuel, etc.) and tune, they can handle quite a bit.
