Trying to see what I may be able to get one for best case scenario.

Just want a 5.0 6spd with leather. I dont care about any other options.

The 3.73s stock would be nice though.

Also if you all could please post a pic of your 5.0

I want to see them in all colors. Im undecided between white, red and grey

Leather drives the price up as you have to get a Premium, but the leather is worth it.

My 2011 stickered at 34690

I paid $31120, that was with a $1500 rebate.

So, figure $2000 off on your own + whatever rebates are available.

Mine is race red, pic in avatar

Hmm I can afford that but thats just too much for me to justify getting one. If I could get one with leather for damn near 30k Id be in. But 33-35k can get me in a LS3 vette

You can get one for close to 30K, a premium with no options and manual trans invoice is around 32,900. 1500 in rebates + the 750.00 coupon you can get if you order a brochure from Ford and you are pretty close to 30K.

I just bought a base auto car for invoice minus the 1500 rebate and 750 coupon (paid 26.8K +TTL, msrp was 31.5K) with no haggling. My daily driver is loaded and the mustang is just going to be a toy and occasional 1/4 mile car so I just wanted basic and light as possible. I was pretty surprised with all the stuff that comes on a base car, steering wheel is cheesy but I can live with the rest. But if it was my daily driver I'd want the premium for sure.

I traded in my 2008 C6 Convertible Vette LS3 loaded (62K MSRP) for $36K in July on my son's GTI

I like the Stang better than the Vette

I traded in a 1600 mile 2009 LS3 z51 loaded coupe for my 2011 5.0, I would take the Mustang over the Vette any day!

My GT/CS stickered for $40k, I bought it for $36.5k.

Seems like a backward move. What about the GT do you like over what the Vette has to offer?

I've always liked Mustangs better than Vettes, personal preference.

I've owned a lot of Vettes in my lifetime, 1 c3, 4 c4s, 2 c5s, and 6 c6s including a 2007 Z06, I always go back to Mustangs.

Mustangs are more comfortable, sound better, have 4 seats, bigger trunks, better trannies, etc....

I had an 05, than an 09 Z51, both I owned together with an 03 Cobra. You can't compare the two but the Corvette is more sports car than muscle car. I did find I enjoy mustangs more than Corvette but it is personal preference. Also a ton cheaper to Modify. Ever hear of the Corvette Tax!!!! LOL

It rides way to stiff for me. You feel all the bumps in the road. It not as nice to just get in a drive. Im not nearly as concerned leaving the Mustang in a parking lot as I was the vette (never did it once). I hardly drove the car because I didnt want anything to happen to it. It was more like garage jewlery than a car. The mustang I hop in drive, and beat the snot out of it if I want to. The thing that sucks the most is that I parted out a low low 8 second (would have went 7's) mustang to get the vette (which I wanted my whole life). Now I wish I could get the the 8 second car back...

I Purchased my 2011 5.0, this month. It's got the Premium package , Brembo brakes, 373, HID Headlights, and Security package. The sticker price was 36k. I got it for 31k.
