I'm looking into lowering my 2011 GT. I recently installed 20x9.5 wheels with 275/35/20 Nitto Invos all around. According to Nitto, the tire diameter is 27.5 inches. I measured the ride height from the floor to the top of the wheel well and this is what I got:

Driver Front: 28 3/4in
Pass. Front: 28 5/8in

Driver Rear: 29 11/16in
Pass. Rear: 29 1/2in

My GT is my daily driver so I need it to clear speed bumps, road imperfections, etc. Can I even lower the front? I was looking into a mild 1/2 drop in the front from Boss 302 springs and pair that with mild drop springs like the Route 66 55D or Roush rear springs.

Remember the advertised drop for boss 302 springs relate ONLY to boss 302 owners, for us GT owners the drop is MORE than what is advertised. Boss 302 owners are already lowered from the factory, so that 1/2 inch drop in the front is more like 3/4 of an inch.

Im looking into that now myself. You gave the front height, but what is your gap? Do you have pics? I have 28-3/8" height with my 555s 275/35, but the gap is only 1" so Im good in the front.
IM looking at these right now in another thread

It's a little more but you have adjustable rear ride height. If you feel like hitting up Towers Next week Friday, we can look at our cars and talk about it.
