At sea level, I think you would be at 14-15 psi at 6200 rpm. On 93 octane, you can safely run a 3.0" upper pulley with the stock lower. In my opinion, you are under spinning the blower. How does it run?

We're about 2000ft, its showing only 12-13psi on a mechanical gauge, it runs ok but but I feel like it's only making maybe 600whp, Lund has 20-21* of timing in it.

Between your KB biggun intercooler and Kooks full exhaust, it appears you moderately reduced airflow restrictions. If fuel quality is not an issue, crank the boost up to 16-17 psi with an upper pulley only or upper and lower pulley combination and you should be around 700whp, even with 3.73 rear gears. I have been tuned by Lund Racing and currently JDM Engineering, and with quality pump gas you can keep aggressive timing.
