How Much Boost Are You Running with the Stock Vortech By-Pass Valve?

How Much Boost Are You Running with the Stock Vortech By-Pass Valve? I have a Vortech V-1 S trim with 18lbs of boost and the original by-pass valve that comes with it.

Running a 2.87 pulley on the bolwer and an ATI 12% overdrive crank pulley. Yes, I know I am spinning the blower way too fast ot high RPM.

Everything seems fine for the time being but I wanted to see what others were running with this kind of boost.

One other note, I have an aftercooler which can make plumbing difficult.

I don't know how that bypass is lasting to be honest.. But I saw your power at 18psi and it's very low. and a 2.87 and 12% should make way more, but the blower could be out of steam and or your pushing the bypass open.. I could upgrade ASAP

I have a aftercooler as well and I have a Mondo Bypass. Takes some creativity but you can do it for sure..

Seems like that has got to be causing compressor surge. No way that tiny thing is venting that much air.
