How much are stock heads worth?

I have a set of stock L heads off my 03. They have less then 12,000 miles on them and are in perfect shape. Just curiouse cause I may have to sell them to make up for the cost of the ported ones. Oh yeah they come with everything but the rocker assembly. Also how much are stock cams worth?

You could try hunting Ebay for completed auctions. Because they are 03's and have better plug holes they should be easier to sell. However shipping to the mainland is going to suck. Getting a set of heads shipped inside the states was going to run around $100 (No cams just valves, springs and rockers).
These went for $40 and $40 to ship with slight damage
