How Low Can I Go?

Just picking up some stock 03 cobra springs for the 96.

I plan to cut the front maybe 3/4 coil and rear 1/2 coil.

My question is how low can I drop the car without needing c/c plates? I don't mind a negative .5 or 1 degree camber but anymore than that I wont be happy.

You think I can get the car's camber and caster close or at factory specs?
