How Long You Guy's Wait to Add Mods??

I am just wondering about how long most of you waited to add engine mods besides exhaust thats a given but rough estimate on mileage to say add a JDM stage one kit and is the 2002 same as 2001 or do i have to wait for JDM to come out with a 2k2 kit
also one more ? what type of pulley set up would be best for a daily driver with out killing the truck or at least a slow death...lol

2001's and 2002's are the same engine wise. The computer code is a little different. I know Jim has chips available for them right now.

On my 2001 I put a chip and filter on it right away. I would have put a pulley on it sooner than I did, but had to wait for them to come out.

If you are concerned about longevity go with a 2# pulley, you will notice a huge differance in power over the stock pulley.

I have 26,000 miles on my 2001 with no problems and I love the JDM stuff.
