Just as the title says. Hunting down a draw in my 2001 Bullitt daily driver but I wanted to see how long it takes the car to go into sleep mode. Still sitting at about 145 milliamp draw right now. Been about 20 minutes or so.
I wish I could remember exactly...but i thinks its around 30-50 minutes. I will say that the ford GEM modules do have a track record for needing to be replaced for voltage drain issues. Good luck, and let us know how everything works out.
2 random questions: What exactly happens when the car goes into "sleep mode" and what would "awaken" the car from sleep mode?
I'd like to know this as well.

Thanks man! I finally got the stance down right!
Back on topic, I have a similar problem with a drain, if the car sits more than a week the battery is dead. Hopefully someone can chime in with an answer.

shake the mouse or punch any key
You know what's amazing is how many people have this issue and don't really care. Either they know about it and just drive the car often enough not to worry about it, or they use a tender if they don't drive it for a day.
Mach 460 system in yours as well?
