How long do H&R springs last?

How long do H&R (race) springs last? Mine are almost 5 years old, or about ~45,000 miles and the rear is starting to sag pretty bad, especially the rear driver side. I just changed the rear shocks to Tokico's but that did not help at all. I never track the car btw.

ive had mine for 4 years now at least, still the same height they were but I dont DD it~
