I know that might seem like a silly question, but I am curious how low the maximum height on most coil over kits is. Right now my car is on sport lines and koni yellows. I live in Hawaii right now so I won't be racing for the next three years. The roads are awful and the speed bumps are too big. I've thought about an airlift kit so I could keep the same ride height and just pop the car up when I need to, but I'm trying to see if coil overs could meet my needs as well.
I know a good set of coil overs will improve the ride quality, but I want to make sure I could set them to ride maybe .5" higher in the rear than I do not so I'm not scraping my mid pipe everywhere.
Any opinions, or should I just change springs?
