Hello peeps I just got a 2000 gt 5spd and I wanted to hear from people that have raced on 1/8 or 1/4 .. list your mods and times..that would really help me know if I'm slow or not lol ..can't wait for irwindale tommoro finally..my personal mods are tb/plenum ..catless x pipe ..and catback ..oh yeah and pro stars with sepperme 26*10.5 e.t

The 99-04 GT could probably get 0-60 anywhere from 5.5-6.0 seconds and runs the 1/4 mile in low-mid 14's. Then the occasional higher 13's in good conditions.

I'd say anything from 13.5 - 14.5 depending on your driving

On the time slip section saw a 04 manual GT, with a CAI, tune, 70mm TB, O/R X and Borla axle-backs running 13.8

I removed my heavy ass 03 Chrome wheels..Damm they are heavy as hell compared to pro stars..I checked so maybe 100lbs lighter

I had the same mods minus the pro stars and 5 speed. My automatic with stock stall ran 13.4 but I cant remember the MPH. It was pretty cold at the track too so there was probably a negative altitude.

When I had my 04 gt I ran best of 8.5 at 82mph with trickflow plenum, pulleys, ported stock tb, x pipe off road, mac cat back, tune, $20 ebay cold air intake and 3:73s with 275/4017 nitto rrr drag radial. This was also done with a 1.9 60' so I know that more was in it. this was in irwindale

In my current car before the blower with an h pipe and slp mufflers ran a 13.8@103. Everything else was bone stock and that's crappy 2.0 60ft times.

The reason I asked wat color the gt was, is cause my buddy had his 2000 gt re-poed. He ran at Fontana a 13.98. But he had 4.10's, sct tuner, bbk tb/upper plenum, o/r xpipe, catback, bootleg cold air intake and drag radials. But he was fat and didn't really have driver mod. Lol.
