how do you hook up a boost gauge?

i bought this 20$ boost gauge its digitial in know the reds go to igtion and black to ground and green is for signal but where do i hook up the vacum line instructions arnt the best? this for a 98 cobra

You didn't get any nylon tubing and a fitting to attach it to the gauge? You need a T fitting to connect to a vac line. You should have bought brand new.

I have a question; the green line, is it nylon tube for air to flow through/pressurize or is it an electrical wire?

If it is nylon tubing then you need to tap into a vacuum source using some fitting such as a T fitting like suggested.

If it is an electrical wire, then you probably require a sending unit that is possibly manufacturer specific.
