How do you drag? 1st or drive

Hey
this is probably a stupid question but how do you guys start off at the track? I keep it in drive all the time. Just thought I would hear what others have to say.

SHIFTING

I have tried both methods of starting out in Drive and Manually shifting. I found that if I try to shift it manually it not only runs slower but will usually hit the rev limiter and not shift as quick. The stock computer does a pretty good job and takes it right up to REDLINE . Anyway, I have run quicker times with it in drive.

it will shift faster and more presice than you can
