How do I post vids and pics?

Folks,
For some one like myself who is currently computer challenged, How does one post pics and vids on here? I do have a imagestation account but totally clueless as to how to post some pics and vids.

I can help you with pics.

When sending a reply there is a browse button just above the "submit reply" button. Use this button to browse your computer to attach a photo.

And to post vids you'll need someone to host them for you. Once you get them hosted you can link the video here.
