How do I jump the Fuel pump relay?

I found this image.

I thought the fuel pump relay was inside the fuse box? Does the above method bypass the resistor by the H/E'er?

Actually thats the low flow relay that you bypass, so the pumps go full capacity at all time. But basicly the same thing.

That what you wanna do to test if pumps or that white thing (cant remember what its called) that sits in the front behind driver side headlight.

Is there another procedure to bypass the white resistor by the H/Eer?

No, this is whats bypassing the resistor. So if the resistor is broken, the truck will run smothly when bypassed as in the pic.

(sorry if i'm makeing it worse, hard to explain sometimes)
