How do I get the figure on my posts?

I've seen you other guys posting messages and replies and have the cartoon character next to your name. What do I need to do to get one for myself?:-?

Look for RTStabler..I think he's the one that can give you the megaman avatars...check under your profile and look for changing the avatar....probably works better that way...GOOD LUCK BUD!
