I want to remove the front license plate frame but I don't want to just leave the holes there. Any suggestions on what I can do to cover them up?
i think you go to the hardware store and buy some push pins. Paint them to match the car.
Just go to Lowes and you'll find the plastic plugs that fit right in. I found them in the hardware section in a cabinet like drawer. You'll have to do some searching, but they should have them. You'll have to paint them of course to match your car. Or you can cough up $25/pair (you'll need two parirs), but they come already painted. Here's the linky:

Hope this helps and Good Luck!
OUCH!+1. This is the cheapest fix.
+100 Plates are lame but look better than those plugs. Weld up the holes or run plate. JMO (hope I didn't hurt any feelings).put your plate back on.
plugs look ghetto and draw more attention to the fact as compared to just putting a plate there like there should be.
buy a new bumper...
