How do i call the USA with skype

hey guys, i'm stationed in Korea and i purchased a world wide plan thing and i have no idea how to call back to the states. i know its a stupid question but what numbers do i dial to get connected to the states? im trying to call to the east coast. thanks.

From the mid east I just dialed 1+area code+number. Skype acts just like a US phone for calls.

From outside the US on a normal phone, you hit 001 then your number. I dunno about Skype, but you could give that a try. :shrug:

When I was in Iraq, I just dialed 1+area code+number. It worked fine for me. You can also do a search for someone that has a profile, can call that way.
