Okay guys, I have a riddle for you.

Top: 2.6 Metco pulley and 123 mm JLT CAI. 65* day.
Bottom: Above, plus 13-14 IC, AFCO H/E, Kooks 1 7/8 headers and catless X. 95* day.
Same load, gear, speed etc.

Is my gauge broken? That's the only thing that makes sense right now lol...car runs great, pulls hard, no codes and no pinging I can hear.

The gauge is reflecting inferred boost from certain parameters from the PCM. It is not an analog gauge that is actually reading boost. I would not rely on it to give real boost data.

you can get a cheap boost gauge from summit racing, like $20 and splice it in to a vac line :)
