HOTMAIL PROBLEMS....someone help please

I cant even get msn to come up. Is there something wrong with the site? I tried to access my email but everything to do is with msn hasnt been working for several days. Anybody else having this problem?

lol, ahh I can't write e-mails from home - can read them but not send them. My internet at home is dial up and it's too slow for the rich text format and thus rich text does not show up and therefore I am unable to load the site and it has an error.
So, try finding a faster computer?
It works fine here at school
