hood spacers painted?

Just a question, bought my lightning used 3 months ago, and the bumpers for the hood are painted. My friends were the same, so he says, and another 03 i saw were painted. Are they all like this

Mine were painted bodycolor from the factory, but I removed all the paint so they dont look crappy anymore. :beer:

thanks guys, somebody kept telling me my truck was wrecked and didn't believe what i told them. Had me worried.
