So I keep tweaking the car a little. I have the 69mm pulley on... On E85 got the car to 807 RWHP....Is there anyone else making over 800 with the Roush? I'm wondering how hard we can push this blower until it becomes un-efficient? I'd like to add a few more pounds of boost but don't know the best way to do that!?

VMP 5% OD damper will give another 1-2 psi. It's 8 rib but you just use the center 6 ribs. It goes with the rest of their 8 rib kit that has been "two weeks out" for about a year now. :)

I just don't know of many people pushing this blower really hard, mostly because of the limits of the upper pulley size. I would guess it still has another 3-4 lbs of boost left before it starts to loose efficiency....

There is a guy running the Steigmeir Snakebite kit which is a change to the front snout which changes the gearing allowing you to run more boost with the same pulley. I think the kit is around $1200-1300 from their website. I can't remember his name but he recently blew his motor up and sent parts thru the blower and now is rebuilding it if he isn't done already.

Not a Coyote but this little 3V makes over 820hp to the wheels through a Turbo 400.

We have run even better times since (8.70s).

My point it that a Roush blower can do work!

I know, that's my point too! It's a great blower, just want to see what happens if someone actually decides to spin it hard!

Yeah, vid in my sig was about 8500 DA. Probably 620 HP uncorrected or so. That's with 20s and full weight. Correction factor on the dyno is typically 1.20 - 1.25 depending on the day. I have no doubt it's a 140mph or so car at sea level...

Hell yeah! Those 60foots are good stuff! BTW can you disclose the pulley combo on the blower?

2.6" upper (66mm) and 15% lower.

Those 1.2 60s are coming off the foot brake. We expect those to get even better (more consistent) when we put in a built 9" and use the trans brake. The built 8.8 on the car now may not hold up so instead of trying to break it, it's getting replaced.

Here is the latest/fastest slip with this car currently.
