for high speed stability, what kinda suspension mods should i get? ive been looking at h&r coil overs, and sub frame connectors and sway bars, but will that be the best for speeds in excess of 130?

IF YOU'RE GOING 130, BETTER GET A ROLL BAR!! :-D

Seriously, as much as it protects you in case of an accident it also stiffens the suspension. Lowering wise, I can only speak to j-bodies (Cavs, Sunfires). One of the import mags used H&R Coilovers for there project Focus and they were VERY happy w/ the results.

Hi all,
General rule of thumb is rollbar and cages are for track use only. When you have a skull cap on. On the street it's dangerous in that your unprotected head may impact it instead of a nice side curtain. Unless you want to drive around with a helmet on.
